1. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless received damaged or incorrect:
- Evening Wear / Evening Dresses
- Lingerie & Underwear
- Swimwear
- Personal care products
- Customized or personalized items
- Products marked as “Non-Returnable”
2. Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within the period specified on the product page after receiving the order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- The item must include original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation may be required.
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Personal care items
- Underwear and swimwear
- Customized or personalized products
- Products marked as non-returnable
- Damaged items caused by misuse after delivery
3. Return Reasons

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed through one of the following methods:

- Wallet balance
- Purchase voucher
- Bank transfer
- Original payment method (when applicable)
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
6. Shipping Fees
- Original shipping fees may not be refundable unless the return is due to an error from Shein Egypt.org.
- Return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.
7. Promotional Orders
If products purchased as part of a promotion or bundle offer are returned due to change of mind or size issues, all items included in the offer must be returned together.
If one item from a promotional order is canceled, Shein Egypt.org reserves the right to cancel or adjust the remaining items and discounts.
8. Failed Bank Transfers
If a bank refund transfer fails due to incorrect customer information, our support team will contact the customer to provide updated details.
If no response is received within 10 business days, the refund amount may be converted into a store voucher that cannot be withdrawn as cash.
9. Right to Refuse Returns
Shein Egypt.org reserves the right to refuse any return request that violates this policy or shows signs of misuse, fraud, or abuse.
10. Policy Updates
Shein Egypt.org reserves the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be published on the website.
